Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM HKT may be processed on the following business day.

Free shipping in Hong Kong

As part of our launch promotion, we're offering free delivery on all orders of one box or more within Hong Kong — no minimum spend, no catch.

Your order will be delivered via JD Delivery, usually within 1–3 business days.

International orders — SF Express

We ship worldwide via SF Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on where you're sending your order.

A heads up for international customers: customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country — these are set by your local government and aren't something we control. They'll be the recipient's responsibility upon arrival.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on where you are. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Tracking your order

You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships — with a link to follow it on JD Delivery (HK) or SF Express (international), all the way to your door.

Something go wrong in transit?

It's rare, but if your package arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at support@cozzett.com within 7 days with your order number and a quick photo. We'll follow up with the courier and make it right.
